Eliminating the gold preg-robbing effect of carbonaceous matter in carbonaceous gold ores is crucial for gold leaching. In this study, suspension oxidation roasting was proposed to accelerate the decarbonization of carbonaceous gold ore. The characteristics of oxidation reaction process and gas release were analyzed by TG-DTA-FTIR. The phase transformation and microstructure evolution of samples during roasting were analyzed by XRD, SEM and BET. The results show that the gold preg-robbing effect was eliminated after the gasification of carbonaceous matter, and the CaO generated by decomposition of carbonates can effectively capture the SO2. After roasting for 75 min at 650 °C in a 20% O2 atmosphere, the total carbon removal rate reached 99.42%, the distribution of exposed gold increased from 28.85% to 77.10% and the gold leaching efficiency increased from 4.55% to 84.83%. In addition, about 70% sulfur was mainly fixed in the roasted products in the form of sulfate. Therefore, the suspension oxidation roasting process is an efficient and clean pretreatment method for carbonaceous gold ores.  相似文献

MgB2 superconductor pellets were synthesized through Mg gas infiltration method using nanosized- and microsized B powders. There was a marked difference in the superconducting properties of the two samples, particularly in the pinning force and dominant pinning mechanism. The microstructures of the samples were observed using HR-TEM and STEM-HAADF, and the results showed that the primary reason for the difference in the superconducting properties is the distribution of the nanosized second-phase particle MgO. Additionally, a feasible reaction model for the Mg gas infiltration method was established. Compared to the Mg liquid infiltration method, the gas infiltration showed better penetrability ability with a small amount of residual Mg. This study presents a novel synthesis process to fabricate an MgB2 pellet with superior density and superconducting properties. This method can be used in multiple applications such as superconducting bearings, compact superconductor magnets, and magnetic shielding.  相似文献

Dense nickel-zinc (NiZn) ferrite ceramics were successfully fabricated within tens of seconds via spark plasma sintering. The phase composition and microstructure of the sintered samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The static magnetic properties at room temperature and Curie temperature of the samples were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometry. The results indicated that the main phase of the sintered samples was Ni0.75Zn0.25Fe2O4 with spinal structure, and the sintering temperature and heating rate observably affected the microstructure and density, then the magnetic properties of the sample. The Joule heat generated by NiZn ferrite during spark plasma sintering was very important for the rapid preparation of the sample with high density and small grain size. The low sintering temperature and heating rate would be helpful to obtain samples with small grain size, high density, and then good magnetic properties. The samples sintered at 900 °C with the heating rate of 5–10 °C/s were characterized of the relative density above 95%, 4πMs value beyond 4000 Gs and coercivity below 27.7 Oe.  相似文献

以新疆某煤化工高效反渗透(HERO)高盐废水为研究对象,测试了碟管式纳滤(DTNF)膜在70%、80%、90%回收率下的分盐效果,并择优采用高级氧化进行了纯化处理。中试结果表明,DTNF膜对HERO高盐废水有很好的分盐效果;提质后的氯化钠结晶盐纯度≥98.5%,满足GB/T 5462—2015《工业盐》精制工业干盐一级标准;硫酸钠结晶盐纯度≥98%,满足GB/T 6009—2014《工业无水硫酸钠》Ⅱ类一等品标准。  相似文献

Smart grid has opened up a new role of “prosumer” in an energy value network, transforming many conventional energy consumers into prosumers, who not only generate green energy but also share the surplus with utilities and other consumers. The concept of a goal-oriented prosumer community group (PCG) has emerged recently as an effective way to fulfill sustainable energy exchange. Such community-based energy sharing networks comprise multiple irreconcilable objectives such as demand constraints, cost constraints, and income maximization. In many cases, one goal may be achievable only at the expense of other goals. This necessitates the development of an effective framework to manage the multiple goals and reduce the gap with their achievement levels. Therefore, in this research paper, an effective framework is developed to negotiate among the multiple goals and thus to define optimal mutual goals for each PCG in a more sustainable manner using multiple-criteria goal programming techniques. Simulation results are presented to illustrate how the methods work in practical situations, where each of the objective measure is given a target value and the unwanted deviations from this set are minimized in an achievement function.  相似文献

A fabrication route based on aqueous colloidal processing plus transient liquid-phase assisted spark-plasma-sintering (SPS) with Ti-Al additives is described for the environmentally friendly obtention of superhard B4C composites reinforced with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) having orthotropic and isotropic microstructures. It is shown that the former, which have coarse rGO platelets preferentially aligned perpendicular to the SPS pressing direction, can be prepared from mixtures of B4C and Ti-Al particles with a source of thick, large rGO nanoplatelets by imposing smooth co-dispersion conditions to avoid platelet re-exfoliation and fragmentation. The latter, which have fine rGO platelets randomly oriented, can be fabricated from mixtures of B4C and Ti-Al particles with a source of thin, small rGO nanoplatelets by applying intensive sonication to promote platelet re-exfoliation and fragmentation during co-dispersion. Finally, it is shown that these orthotropic and isotropic B4C/rGO composites are equally superhard, and that, as expected, their microstructures interact differently with the cracks. Finally, this processing route is simple, and easily adaptable/extensible to make other ceramic/rGO composites with orthotropic and isotropic microstructures.  相似文献

目的 为解决阀芯类零件节流边毛刺去除不均匀和效率低下的问题,对磁极板尺寸和曲率进行规律性研究和实验验证。方法 首先,用Maxwell仿真软件对磁极板的各个参数进行规律性仿真,得出合适的磁极板尺寸;其次,为提高加工区域的磁感应强度值,设计了曲面磁极板,并对其相关参数进行仿真;最后对优化后的装置进行磁感应强度测试,并使用液体磁性磨具对45钢和阀芯棱边毛刺进行去除实验。结果 根据仿真结果发现,磁极板长度比工件大20 mm时,工件轴向磁场分布最均匀,磁极板厚度对磁场影响较小,磁极板宽度应根据加工间隙进行选择。曲面磁极板可以加强加工区域的磁感应强度值,曲率半径越小,加工区域获得的磁感应强度值越大,其中半圆形磁极板效果最佳。对装置的磁感应强度测试也表明,将工件置于磁场中后,其表面磁感应强度值最高达600 mT左右,满足加工需求。最后通过加工实验发现,在转速为500 r/min的条件下,阀芯节流边的毛刺去除效果理想,且轴向加工均匀。结论 该装置可以对阀芯这类导磁性回转类零件产生良好的加工效果。  相似文献

For the production of C/C-SiC brake discs via the liquid silicon infiltration method (LSI), the hot pressing process is the state of art technique for the moulding of the CFRP composites. This technique consists of several manual steps which increase production cost. The overall cost can be reduced by implementing injection moulding process.In this paper the influence of the moulding process (hot pressing, injection moulding) on the properties of semi-finished and final products during the production of short-fibre-reinforced C/C-SiC composites by means of the LSI process are examined. The starting polymer is chemically characterised. Carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) composites are fabricated by hot pressing, as well as injection moulding process. The CFRP composites are converted into porous C/C composites by pyrolysis. Liquid silicon is infiltrated to form dense C/C-SiC composites, which are further investigated during the course of this paper. Significant differences in properties of the composites are discussed.  相似文献

The ZrB2-SiC ceramics with homogenous microstructures were successfully fabricated by the optimized gel-casting method and pressureless sintering. The effects of the processing parameters, including the monomer content, cross-linker/monomer ratios, initiator addition, catalyst concentration and polymerization temperature, on the final gel properties were systematically investigated. The rheological behavior and stability of ZrB2-SiC suspensions were evaluated, and the microstructures and mechanical properties of sintered ceramics were also analyzed. The homogenous gel networks containing low monomer content (4 wt%) and without catalysts had been successfully obtained, which could be mainly attributed to the homogeneous distribution of crosslinking points and temperature-induced gelation. The crack-free and complex-shaped ZrB2-SiC ceramic composites were achieved by the optimized gel-casting, which could reach the highest relative density of 97.2% and the flexural strength of 402 ± 57 MPa, respectively. This study provides an optimized gel-casting process for fabricating ZrB2-SiC ceramics with excellent properties by low colloidal additives and without catalysts.  相似文献
